Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Asterley Court. We want your order to reach you with the same care it was made with. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping cost
Shipping is complimentary on every order across the United States. There is no minimum purchase required.
Processing time
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is typically 7–12 business days from the date of order, including processing. Because our pieces are finished and dispatched with care, some items may take a little longer during peak periods.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to become active. If your tracking hasn't updated after that window, reach out and we'll look into it personally.
Order accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to redirect a package once it has shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be subject to reshipment costs.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it. We stand behind every order until it's in your hands.
