Returns & Refunds
If something isn't right, we'll make it right. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Our 30-day promise
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. We ask that footwear be tried on indoors, on a clean surface, to keep soles unmarked.
How to start a return
Email us at support@asterleycourt.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply within one business day with simple instructions and a return address.
Return shipping
If your return is due to our error — a defect, damage, or the wrong item — we cover return shipping entirely. For returns due to change of mind or sizing, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend a tracked service, as we can't be responsible for items lost on the way back to us.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement. Original shipping costs, where applicable, are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size? The fastest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the size you'd like. If you'd prefer a direct exchange, let us know and we'll do our best to arrange it.
Non-returnable items
Items marked as final sale, and any item that has been worn outdoors, altered, or returned without its original packaging, are not eligible for return.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or you've received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
